A few essentials help us process your application smoothly. Our Admissions Office is happy to help if anything is unclear.

  • Completed application form
  • Birth certificate (PSA / certified copy)
  • Report card / Form 138 from the previous school (for transferees)
  • Recent ID photos of the learner
  • Baptismal certificate (if applicable)

We offer complete, DepEd-recognized Basic Education from Pre-Nursery and Kindergarten through Grade School (1–6), Junior High (7–10), and Senior High (11–12) with STEM, ABM, and HUMSS strands.

Yes. Eligible Junior High learners may apply for the ESC subsidy, and qualified Senior High applicants may avail of the SHS voucher program. Contact our Admissions Office to check eligibility.

Absolutely. Transferees are welcome at most levels, subject to assessment and available slots. Please submit the latest report card (Form 138) with your application.
